Lauren and Tyler are the absolute best I had a problem filling a claim on my hearing aids ,Tyler stepped up to try and help tirelessly,Lauren took over and even though she is the optical manager she was able to file my claim it took 3+ weeks but she didn’t stop until it was done I will continue to drive the 45 minutes each way rather then go to the one in Utica , can’t wait to get my new glasses I WILL be going there!!!
The staff helped us out as much as they could . They are friendly and put us at ease .
Dr Caplan was fantastic! Explained everything he was doing. Thanks for the water bottle for my daughter!
Dr. Caplan is so pleasant and personable. The staff here is also amazing and the prices are my fave. Even when I don't get my eyes tested here, they still fill my RX at a very reasonable price, much less that other places I've visited and the delivery time is sometimes overnight, no more than 2 days. Like how wicked awesome is that!? They will always be the ones I go to when I need new contacts.
