I have been coming to this sams club optical for years. I am always happy to see Kandy working when I visit . She is soo helpful and offers great customer service .
Fitted for glasses and contacts. Great experience here. Both were right on. The staff here has been so helpful and professional.
I called to make an appointment and they sched me for April 2nd @ 10am. Then I received a call from Leslie saying the dr will not be in that day and to reschedule to April 9th. Then I received a call today saying I need to reschedule my appointment again due to a system error and can I still come in today April 2nd. Ordered contacts through them, they never called to tell me when they arrived. I had to call them and by then it was close to the end of the year. I went in to pick them up and they lady working didn't acknowledge me, I waited for 15 minutes finally I leave for a few minutes to bring my kid to the bathroom when I come back she is gone and they closed. Absolutely terrible experience I came in March 17 for replacement pair of glasses I was given the date of March 28 they be ready got a text April 20 that they were ready and now six weeks later they can’t fulfill the order because they don’t have those frames anymore I was never contacted I was left in the dark the entire time never going back here ever again and I will not be getting a refund on the insurance plan for those frames that I will not be getting
