I’ve had a very complicated journey with my vision this summer—frequent prescription changes, ordering and returning glasses multiple times, and ultimately needing surgery. Optician was very knowledgeable and helpful! She picked out a few pair and I loved them all . I was able to take advantage of the promotions even with my insurance !

The Optical area is small. Two Associates were helping customers. No place to si whole waiting. Need a place for customers to wait. All I wanted was some soft stick-on nose pads for my glasses. No rack with nose pads to be seen. As a result, I promptly left. Had there been a chair to sit in, I would have waited to speak with an Associate. Maybe another Sam's is more accommodating. If not, my Walmart has them. I was in ge area of this Sam's and thought I'd give them a try.

The associate in the optical center is always helpful, nice, and very friendly.
