I have been waiting 3 months for my contact lens order. I call to cancel my order and they tell me that I have to do this in person and I can take the trials they’ve ordered for me since I’ve been waiting so long. I get there and the lady I’m speaking with denies me the trials and questions my decision to cancel my order. I know we have bad days but she wasn’t helpful at all.
Two week pre payment on rayban stories. They still cant figure it out. Prepaid 500 on my birthday. They love to play question with a question here. #fax #realtalk.
TERRIBLE customer service...very rude...does not seem like people who are happy with what they do...i will pay a lil extra to b treated with respect somewhere else. No way will i spend a dime or come back to this vision center
Was told 3 weeks until my new glasses would arrive. It's been almost 5 weeks now. Went in to see what was going on. Apparently, wherever my glasses were made, they screwed up and made a divot in one of the lenses. Now, i have to wait again. Someone should have at least called to inform me, instead of walking in to see what the issue was. Overall, I do not recommend you get glasses here.
They didn’t seem to be welcoming when I came here. They saw me standing at the counter for assistance. Few moments later they acknowledge my presence. I just wanted to know if they did walk-in, they don’t appointment only.
