Horrible customer service, long wait time for appointment and glasses, and they have no idea how to answer a phone.
Jessica and Mackenzie were so extremely helpful and very kind in helping my wife Mary pick out her glasses. Usually I go with her, but she went solo and they were so generous of their time to help her pick the right frames! Super fast, only 1 week to get the finished pair! She looks great and sees better! Very professional and personal, we’ll be back!
