Very poor experience with attempting to get prescription glasses from here. Was shopping around and they couldn't release my insurance approval and their coverage was different from the others for being "wholesale". Wont be doing that again.

Sam's club does not have the big Costco hot dog
I love sams club, everyone in the main part of the store are great! However, their optical has a few employees that are not helpful. I understand when someone cant give me my script that I took in their, but when The staff are the ones who took the PD number , not our opthamologists, and they cant give me the number because their Dr didnt write the script..Seriously?? did they not have a doctor for a few years? I just think its ridiculous when they are the ones who did the test for the PD number especially when we have purch... read more
