Shelly stated I did not have a diabetic eye exam done. Shelly was not even there when I had my exam. I did have a diabetic I made sure the doctor knew I needed that done. I was given a referral to see an ophthalmologist and they would not give me my diabetic exam results until I saw the specialist. I think they did not record my results and now saying I did not have it done. It is extremely frustrating to be called a liar, especially when the whole purpose of going to the eye doctor was getting that exam done.
Very poor experience with attempting to get prescription glasses from here. Was shopping around and they couldn't release my insurance approval and their coverage was different from the others for being "wholesale". Wont be doing that again.
If I could give them a 0 I would. Worst place ever!!
