I come here for my entire family, because they treat you like family. Henry and Amanda are absolute experts while also being amazingly friendly. Even if I am at Sam's Club for something else and they see me walk past, they will say hi. The customer service is next level. The new doctor is also very personable and professional, while also proving he is very qualified. I come here year after year and will continue to do so. The Dr was very belittling and rude. He questioned my mentality when I explained things and asked why I was there if I didn't wear my old glasses. He rushed through the exam and asked if the prescription he gave me would be good enough. Definitely wouldn't recommend him or the staff there.

Henry and his team provide excellent service. The customer truly comes first. I cannot tell you how long I have been a customer, but it is years, and the reason is the quality of service I recieve from everyone at Sam's optical center. They make it a very enjoyable experience.

They had our insurance and reviewed the approved amounts and information prior to the visit. We went in, got the exams, bought glasses, and PAID IN FULL the amount they said we owed... 3 months later, we got a bill for an amount due. They said insurance didn't cover the full amount. We would have not have gotten glasses from them had we known beforehand. Will NEVER use these guys or recommend them to anyone again. These guys rock! Henry takes great care of me up front every time and is so cool, and Dr. Kawakami is the most professional eye doc I’ve been too, he figured out some problems that previous doctors couldn’t and always puts me in the best contacts!! 10 start to the crew if I could!
