So… about 2 months ago I went to a very large optical chain and was not only treated like a number, I was treated like a number that didn’t matter, it was all about turn and burn for them. They ended up having to re-examine my eyes and make my lenses wrong a total of 3 times before I got a refund. I work right next to this Samsung club in West Palm Beach and decided to give them a try. Horrible worst Sam's ever. All the products are packed with only products to make you spend more for less. I went to pick up. I walk up and nobody says anything. Several other black men walk up and immediately they are served. You have a big problem here. Prejudice and greedy people should not operate the store. Can we fire them all and do everything with an online order? Or hire Optimus from Elon Musk so you can keep honest people honest.

Do not go to Sam's Club Optical. Their management has chosen to do business with a lab that overcharges and cheats customers. If you want new lenses for the frames you bought at Sam's Club they will charge you $60 to $120 extra just to use the frames you bought from them 2 years ago. Walmart does not do this. For 20 yrs Sam's Optical was my go to place but their management is now predatory against their customers. This is not the fault of the store employees.

If there was an option for negative stars that would be my choice. This is the most unprofessional lazy optical place I’ve been to in a while. The front desk woman that texts on her phone in front of customers is lazy and careless. We’ve paid for a contact exam and they have not even ordered a trial pair of contacts to put in yet to see if they are going to be ok. They just take your money

Debbie is wonderful and very helpful. My frames have broken twice (I bought the least expensive they had) and she’s fixed them. She been a smiling, friendly figure for years now. Although there is a different doctor working now, it was here that I was told by a doctor (at age 48) to see a specialist ASAP as he suspected glaucoma. I owe him my vision as he was correct. I do wish their eye exams for contact lenses weren’t so expensive, but that’s my sole complaint.
