Wrote prescription for the wrong brand. I had to contact them to rewrite and send me a new script altogether, to order the brand contacts I wanted. I made it clear during the appointment which brand I intended on buying. Also charged me for a glasses prescription when I only came in for a contacts prescription. I asked if the charge was for contacts only, doctor said “Yes”.
Deserving of more than 5 stars. Dr. Tran is quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Stephanie was also friendly and quick, not pushy. And the best prices in the area. I've been to many vision companies and by far this is the best experience and deal
