I first want to say that everything about the check in process went smoothly! However, Dr Nita Gala was rude, unfriendly and curt. During the exam, I was trying to tell her something and she told me to be quiet. I get it, but I felt that she could care less about me or what I had to say. Worst of all, is that when I mentioned a previous issue with my eyes, she said I didn’t have that issue but mentioned the obvious: that I cannot see. I hate this place. Unprofessional, unpleasant, and late opening. Store manager was no help at all. Nobody would do their job.

Had poor customer service experience twice in a row. Manager of the store attempted to fix the problem but I'll go somewhere else for my contacts and glasses.
