Customer service people need to have better customer service!!! Went in for a return, I greeted the associate with a good morning she didn’t even respond back! I didn’t look at her name tag but she’s an African American older lady. Sam’s Club do better!

After shopping at a few places for new glasses, a friend suggested Sam’s Optical. I went to the Sam’s Optical on ElDorado at I45. Vanessa was very helpful. She took pictures of me wearing several frames with my phone, which I sent to my husband to view. I chose 2 frames, one for regular glasses and one for sunglasses. Vanessa was very thorough while taking my measurements with her iPad and verifying them with a ruler while I was wearing each frame. Manager is very unprofessional, watch out for the basket collector with the lrg calves, he will run you over, as he pinned me to a wall blocking my way with baskets, I was 3 wks post op(back surgery) in general their customer service stinks this is not about the optical center, Its about the store, I have never used this optical center

Overall this was not the best experience. There is one young guy that works there (not the manager)he was nice and knowledgeable. I got my sons glasses and worked with a lady. At checkout she said the frames come WITH insurance. I realized later I was charged extra for each lens. She was also giving me false information that the other guy corrected her on. I later got billed for the glasses and when I called to ask I was told that it’s in the fine print that I signed off on, stating I may get a bill. It would’ve been nice to... read more
