Went into optical dept. Today, for specs I was undecided, on a brand but the WHOLE team was EXTREMELY patient as well as helpful on top of it being really busy ...very rare nowadays thx ladies.
Just had a exam and I have to say, The team there is consistently professional, patient, and genuinely cares about getting things right. You can tell they’re not just rushing people through, they actually take the time to explain options, answer questions, and make sure you’re comfortable with your prescription and fit. After getting my contacts here as well as glasses for years i will not be returning spent 150 on contacts that i explained to doc that were still blurry and always felt like something was in it or always dried out i follow what ur suppose to do with these and have that out come so i will go elsewhere for these if i decide to keep them i would of liked to be listened to with this as i know my eyes i get ur the doc but u stuck me with 85 pairs for each eye i cant even wear cuz the feeling
I bought a pair of glasses on 7/9/25. Today on 11/22/25, the arm separated from the hinge. Clearly a manufacturing defect. Sam’s said they couldn’t help because I didn’t buy the Allstate insurance plan. I won’t be going back and will be canceling my membership. Very disappointed.
Worse experience in my 53 years wearing eye glasses I come in for an eye exam so I can have a new prescription and I ended up being there almost 4 hours the eye doctor refused to give me a prescription instead he basically wanted me to see a specialist and for me to make anpointment I told the eye doctor I can’t afford it an I ask him just give me a exam and a new prescription for new glasses he refused in stead he wanted to represcribe my exam from 2 years ago that another eye doctor gave me from another place that I went t... read more
