Worse experience in my 53 years wearing eye glasses I come in for an eye exam so I can have a new prescription and I ended up being there almost 4 hours the eye doctor refused to give me a prescription instead he basically wanted me to see a specialist and for me to make anpointment I told the eye doctor I can’t afford it an I ask him just give me a exam and a new prescription for new glasses he refused in stead he wanted to represcribe my exam from 2 years ago that another eye doctor gave me from another place that I went t... read more
Never going to that place ever again
I bought a pair of glasses a year ago, my glasses are transitional and I never had problems with glasses from this place before, but with this last pair I told the girl the day I picked up, that they weren't right, I couldn't read, she told me that it needs some time to adjust myself, since they were transitional; but I have being using this kind of glasses for more than 10 years but she insisted, but it never got better not only that I guess the glass they are using is low quality because they are always dirty! matter what
I recently purchased a new pair of glasses and it took less then two weeks and scratches started showing up. I have the scratch guard on them and of course they always tell you that's just a guard but that doesn't mean they won't scratch so what's the use of even paying for that. Now it's only been a couple weeks and I have scratches showing up on my second pair they replaced then of course they asked if you did buy the insurance. Just another way for them to take more money.
