The doctor is very nice. Customer service has always been nice until they hired this man, who is very unpolite and extremely rude. Of course, I can always go somewhere else.

I had an eye infection and they took me that same day. The eye doctor is fantastic and explains everything to you as he goes. He solved the problem quickly and I was able to wear my contacts again. I would not go anywhere else because I have been going to the optical center at Sam's club for many years!
