The doctor is by TELEHEALTH only! I didn't know that until I was in office, I made the appointment on the phone. My prescription was way off and I could not try my contacts in office so I could tell the doctor if it was right or not. I would have to go back on a Tuesday or Thursday when the Doctor is "IN" but she is out of state and it's on a not great computer connection. Also beware you will pay for a retinal scan without your knowledge $39. This was the most expensive eye appointment I have had as well. Beware.
I purchased glasses online for my son and over time the arm has gotten loose. I tried to tighten the screws with the tools I had but no success. I was in Sam’s Club and thought I would ask them for help. As others vision centers are welcoming. I asked them if they could help me tighten the arm. They looked at the glasses and seen they weren’t purchased there and said they couldn’t tighten them. I then asked if there was a specific tool that could help. Very small selection, horrible customer service: they refuse to transfer a prescription to Walmart optical. Their kids sports glasses frames broke within three months.
Wont be back.
Excellent store and workers are friendly, helpful, and polite.
