I purchased glasses online for my son and over time the arm has gotten loose. I tried to tighten the screws with the tools I had but no success. I was in Sam’s Club and thought I would ask them for help. As others vision centers are welcoming. I asked them if they could help me tighten the arm. Very small selection, horrible customer service: they refuse to transfer a prescription to Walmart optical. Their kids sports glasses frames broke within three months.
Wont be back.
Excellent store and workers are friendly, helpful, and polite.
Horrible experience. Dirty equipment, remote service no follow up. Wholly dissatisfied.
