When I called to schedule an eye exam, I was told they only offer a video consultation with an optometrist, but a technician does the actual exam. For this they charge $80.00! I don't think so.
Customer service was awful! They assumed that I did not have insurance and went ahead to ask me for advance copay of $75 yet I had insurance. After vehemently dismissing my insurance, she later found out that I indeed had the cover. After all that, she didn’t think I needed any apology. I found that too rude and unprofessional!!
Customer Service is HORRIBLE. not one person that works In that area, knows what professional stands for. The optical manager is a slob. Fat belly always hanging out. Barf. Clothes are wrinkled. The older lady ignores people and the tech in the DR area appears dirty and curses like a trucker! Pathetic optical team. No way I'm even attempting an eye exam their.
