Do NOT order curbside pick up from here! They were supposed to have my order ready yesterday from 4-5. I heard nothing from them. I tried calling 3 times and the went up and into the store. At about 5, I was told my order would be ready closer to 6. At 6 when I checked in again, they said I wouldn’t be getting my order tonight. I show up today and wait another 30 minutes before getting my order. Sam’s pick up wait time is terrible. I get the text on the app and I go during my pick up window and it takes so long. Today, it took over 30 minutes. There should be more people working pick up and the poor 1-2 associates working pick up should be trained better - for example: bring out more than 1 order at a time when you can.
We always use the "scan" feature. No waiting in line!
