First, I want to say if you're leaving a review for Dr. Ely, you're in the wrong place. This is for Sam's club optical the place that takes your eyeglass order and you pick out your frames. With that being said, I'm never wowed with this place. I always have a hard time finding glasses that are my size and look okay. And there is no option to order frames in other sizes. It's what is on the shelf is what you get no matter what, and that is opposite of everything I've experienced at other places. They do have great prices, bu... read more
Walked in to have my old frames placed in a new frame and Becky was so rude. Didn't say hello or that she would be happy to help. She had a big box on the little desk so i guess i interrupted what she was currently doing. She proceeded to ask if I had a current prescription instead of asking my name and checking beforehand. Super rude and I won't be returning.
At this point just checking. reviews. Haven’t gone yet
Very pleased with my eye examination, and the people are great!
