Incompetent team. I placed an order in person for a year supply to be delivered to my house. After two weeks I called for an ETA and they told me they had nothing and they would look into it and give me a call back. Never received a call back. I had to follow up a couple days later. When I finally went in to pick up I found out they had only ordered for 6 months instead of a year. Disappointed and never buying from here again.
Lisa in the Optical department was fantastic! She was patient with me and my husband in weighing our options in choosing glasses and applying our insurance. Additionally, she gave helpful advice for navigating pricing, deals, and our insurance coverage so that we got the best possible pricing. Her professionalism and service is unmatched!
