Dr Todd and staff go above and beyond when an emergency eye exam arose would definitely recommend there service!!!
Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Jim and Rose. Their customer service is outstanding! Sam’s Optical department is lucky to have them both!
I was happy with the exam and the $200+ sunglasses I ordered were great for about 10-months and then the coating started to peal off around the edges. I took them in and was told they have zero warranty on their materials and workmanship unless you purchase a warranty! I didn’t purchase the warranty because I planned to take good care of them and didn’t realize absolutely nothing is covered. Rose helped me pick out a pair of glasses and was so informative, helpful, and friendly! :) We had a great experience.
Good deal on Optical.. Took my Insurance, but they refuse to answer the phone if you call. Try calling them and you will see how they ignore and just let it ring. Now I have to drive down to ask something I could have asked over the phone. Thanks a lot!
