After many years of wearing glasses, this is the first time I have ever used my Sam's Club card to use the optical department. Because of two great opticians, Amanda and Doree, from now on I staying with Sam's. First of all, you cannot beat the price. Great selection and price for women’s eyewear. I found exactly what I was looking for and was helped immediately once I found my frames. Dorrie was absolutely amazing! The professionalism and kindness was outstanding. I would definitely recommend, and will make this my new optical center.

I have never had such bad service for glasses! Sales people trying but unable to get glasses lens to match frames that were picked out. This happened not once not twice but three times! Waited 8 weeks and picked out three different pairs due to unable to fill order of frames fitting lenses! Why are these frames even on shelves and why does management not get to the bottom of it.
