All that I wanted was to replace my son's lens that had a scratch on it. Instead I got lectured about the law, and given the wrong information about how to go about it. Added to which the male optical representative was rude, and extremely unhelpful over the three interactions that I had with him trying to solve this issue!
Great prices miserable staff overall.
I was reading these reviews and became very concerned because I thoroughly like the doctor I saw. Apparently he left but he is back. I scheduled an appointment and am looking forward to my appointment . I have always had very thorough appointments, more so than any other doctor I have seen.
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE GOING TO ORDER GLASSES ONLINE. They will not provide you will a pupil distance measurement for your prescription. This is the only eye doctor that I have been to where this has happened. The lady at the front said the doctor doesn't know how to do this... To me that is like being a dentist who doesn't know how to count your teeth.
