Great prices miserable staff overall.
I was reading these reviews and became very concerned because I thoroughly like the doctor I saw. Apparently he left but he is back. I scheduled an appointment and am looking forward to my appointment . I have always had very thorough appointments, more so than any other doctor I have seen.
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE GOING TO ORDER GLASSES ONLINE. They will not provide you will a pupil distance measurement for your prescription. This is the only eye doctor that I have been to where this has happened. The lady at the front said the doctor doesn't know how to do this... To me that is like being a dentist who doesn't know how to count your teeth. My experience with this place boils down to one name, and that is Deanna McCaleb. Apparently, she is the manager there and I am flabbergasted as to how she achieved that status. I wanted access to my own records and she accused me of being a liar and 'trying to order glasses with an old script.' She notified me that the doctor I saw in 2013 had moved on.
