The process of getting glasses here was horrible. The optical care manager Deanna. On mutiple visit cared more about if I sign in to the waiting queue then if she had my eye measurements correct. I had to retuen them and have them redone. Atempt 2 still not correct and I could not wear my glasses. It took me a while to get back to the store, between my anger (and not wanting to act like an idiot at the store) and life getting in the way. I finally took them in. Awful experience every time. I would recommend going blind before opting for the stroke you'll get dealing with the staff.
Had a good experience and love my new glasses!
All that I wanted was to replace my son's lens that had a scratch on it. Instead I got lectured about the law, and given the wrong information about how to go about it. Added to which the male optical representative was rude, and extremely unhelpful over the three interactions that I had with him trying to solve this issue!
Great prices miserable staff overall.
