They are very nice and helpful . The eye doctor at the spring creek Sam’s club location is very kind and he knows what he’s doing . I put on my glasses and they don’t even give me a headache like the last time I got glasses put on a long time ago . He got my prescription right on point . Thank you for all your hard work !! He actually cares about you as a patient and your eye care!!
I always find what I need. The food court team is friendly and works as quick as they can. The are a is very clean. Bathrooms are clean also. Order pickup team is courteous.
I have never experienced such horrible service when it came to picking up prescription lenses. I have been waiting close to 2 weeks for my lenses, and have been calling them nonstop just so I could get an estimated date of arrival. They screwed up my first pair so badly, that my optometrist was shocked when I showed him the lenses they gave me! Now, because I have no other pair, I'm forced to wear these horrible lenses until they can get me the accurate ones. As I am a student that is constantly reading and on the computer, ... read more
Worst customer service, extremely rude staff with miserable losers who take everything out on you for 0 reason. Never visit this terrible stinkhole location.
