I had a terrible experience with Sam’s optical department. I purchased new frames and lenses at a Sam’s in Arizona, and then less than four months later, the frames split apart while I was visiting Alabama. I immediately went to the local Sam’s club to see what could be done, and I was told that they would order replacement frames since mine were defective and they did not have my frames in stock.
