Exelence customer services ! Very professional!
Sam's is using an outside vendor for eye center now. I used to get new lenses or a complete pair yearly. The requirements to receive the membership discounts are too restrictive now. $59. Dollar fee on top of lens cost if you just want to update the perfectly good frames you previously purchased from Sam's. Members plus discount is only for a complete pair of glasses. The nice ladies working there in the past would always replace the worn or stained nose pads on glasses purchased there even past a year without a problem and ... read more
Typically I like Sams club optical however I have called several times to make an appointment and no one answers so our family is looking for a new optical center.
DEXTER THE MANAGER IS AMAZING!!!! I walked in with a broken frame. I was using hot glue gun to hold them up. Dexter was able to get me a new frame that same day with my old prescription. While I waited for my new glasses with my new prescription. The next week I was called in to pick up my new glasses. I came in to pick up my glasses and to my surprised.
