I’m a Sam’s club member yet they would not measure my pupillary distance for me as I wasn’t buy glasses through them. I’m not a Costco member yet Costco measured mine for free.
Lousy experience. Got a pair of prescription sunglasses here. After getting home I noticed a blurry spot on the lens. I called them and the female employee was not very unhelpful about offering a solution, at one point even saying, "I'm not sure what you want me to say". Ridiculous. I ended up taking the glasses in and the manager, Jessica, was able to spot the flaw in the lens and order me a replacement pair. We won't be back.

I went to Sams optical after visiting another well-known optical center. I ordered my glasses from Sams because: - I liked the frames better and they were a much better value - Jessica was very patient, helpful and even fun in helping me sort through the decisions on lenses (tinting, graduated vs bifocal, coatings, etc.)
