Probably one of the best optometrists I have ever had.
To the woman working in optical department in Canton, Saturday, January 18th around 6:00 pm, you are very rude. I told you to your face but after voicing a complaint in front end of store before I left I hope your manager learns of this too. You were extremely rude to the young girl and her mother before waiting on me. Was hoping you would be nicer to me but that didn’t happen. If you cannot be pleasant and kind to customers GET ANOTHER JOB.
So I had to try Sam's after Costco got a new Dr. And stopped accepting my insurance. I am so glad I did, I have taken both of my kids here and not only is the optometrist wonderful but the office staff are very personalble and helpful.
