Tanya is the front desk person here. She is inattentive, slow, and has no regard for people’s time. I sat for over an hour after my appointment to place an order for my glasses before I walked up and left. I was given no notice, “I’ll be right with you,” etc. she helped others that came in after me and I was neglected sitting in a chair in front of her for that time. What a waste of my time. Find a better Sam’s Club or a different eye doctor. She is the reason I hate my eye appointments.
Don’t waste your time or money. I had put my trust in Sam’s Optical Center in Ypsilanti based on the great service I received in the past at Sam’s Optical Center in Southgate. Not all Sam’s Optical Centers are of the same quality. I ended up going somewhere else after six weeks of headaches, bad vision, and finally, a refund. Great experience, very helpful! Especially loved the doctor. Very knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions
I have been using the Sam's club Optical center since 2018. Tonya is always kind and patient. My kids and I love her. An optometrist, Nelson Edwards took enough time to give an eye exam and to answer all the questions that my daughter had. Eye exam is $65 which is great!
Very bad service. Slow, ignoring and rarely answering the phone call and not cheap either.
