They did a great job with customer service and recommendations. One of the techs recommended a mirror finish that everyone is asking me about. They were patient while dealing with my crazy insurance company. Sam's material for their glasses hold up much better than other places that I've been to. They seem to be very scratch resistant and also great value especially if you're a plus member. Poor customer service. No greeting or any acknowledgment upon entering the area. Even after I greeted the male (Ron)and female (Alma) there was no response to say hello. Maybe it’s poor weekend performance because during the week they are certainly more helpful.

Horrible stuff. Bad service get accused of being bad customer when picking out glasses being told you cannot wear those. You will break them or you can't afford them

I didn’t care for the ladies working there today March 31,2021 at 1:30 pm a Hispanic lady and an older white woman. They had a snobby attitude and I didn’t like the tone in which they spoke to me. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I also didn’t appreciate one of them yelling after me when I had already been standing there at the front desk for 5-10 minutes and she never said a word. So when I finally walked off she was started yelling after me in a very condescending tone if I needed help or what????Very unprofessional.

Very rude personal seems like they don't know how to do their work. A Hispanic tall slim lady has a very rude attitude and doesn't seem to care about customers. She just plain solid rude. I will take my business elsewhere. Need better personal
