Great experience and convenience for an eye appointment. Dr. Kim and staff were very friendly and professional. Easy to schedule and get a slot too. Bonus being right in same building as Sam’s and lots of other stores around for parking and if you need to run other errands. Highly recommend!
Sam's Club Optical deserves a big shoutout. I visited the in-store optometrist, Dr. Kim Pham and had a great experience. She is very knowledgeable and is able to give a comprehensive eye exam quickly and accurately. She listens and cares about any questions or concerns. I also had a fantastic experience with Taylor in the optical department. She got me taken care of with glasses + contacts and was very pleasant to work with. She made the process quick and easy, while also multitasking to help other customers.
The workers are so nice but the service is TERRIBLE. They are so, unbelievably slow. One of the workers doesn't know what she is doing so the other worker is constantly having to help her so nothing gets done. I have been up here 5 times in 3 months and it is always the same.
