First time at Sam’s with a new member ship as of this week and I was excited to get a new pair of glasses before my insurance renews. The lady was so rude and acted like she didn’t want to help me, almost as if I was inconveniencing her as she also let another woman cut in front of me and then when I finally was able to be helped she made me feel as if I was a nuisance to her. The optometrist was very professional, nice and knowledgeable! He answered all my questions and concerns and gave a thorough exam! The ladies that helped me find frames were very patient and helpful in finding me not one, but two trendy new frames. Thanks so much :)
