The best customer service. Kudos to Eva Aragona (cashier) for her excellent job and dedication towards customer service.
The man who performs the tests at the optical center is in a bad mood, makes comments that make you feel discriminated against, takes a long time to assist you even when no one else is waiting, and doesn’t provide complete information, which causes even more delays. I hope someone with a better attitude is placed in that position soon, because customers are paying for a service that should be of good quality.
There is always a wait for optical, it took an hour to order my glasses and another 30 min for pick up, the wait time is really ridiculous here.
It took almost a month to get my glasses ready! Very poor communication, the only good thing about this experience was Ana, she was great and answered all my questions kindly.
