who ever answers that phone has a horrible attitude they sound like they are near the end of their life and need to retire as well get someone with a more lively positive attitude cause whoever I just spoke to is lucky they didn’t say it to my face and we were on the phone cause she had some real bravery talking how she did

While the staff was nice, the doctor was not. Also, I called two days before and they told me I could walk in, and then when I got there they told me the doctor wasn’t there that day. Then I scheduled an appointment and asked them the day before if they took Cigna insurance and they told me yes. Then when I got to my appointment they looked at my insurance told me they took it, and then when I got in the chair to be examined they told me they did not take my insurance!
