There is always a wait for optical, it took an hour to order my glasses and another 30 min for pick up, the wait time is really ridiculous here.
It took almost a month to get my glasses ready! Very poor communication, the only good thing about this experience was Ana, she was great and answered all my questions kindly.
The staff and Dr Giese are top notch. I got my appt quickly. Staff was great and the Dr knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend this office. I was alerted when my glasses were ready.
Kevin was great! Very efficient.
I'm giving 2/5 because the two stars go to Dr. Giese himself. He is overall a great doctor, but man do these employees at this location SUCK. They do not admit to their own faults, and they never. EVER. call when a prescription is ready. I am CONSTANTLY calling for pickup myself. They are rude, snippy and all have attitudes. Plus no manager I am assuming because I couldn't get through to one. They left me on hold for 10+ minutes when I had a problem and it took me calling back another three times to be helped. Absolutely rid... read more
