OMG I came in and the arm on my glasses were bent from the metal piece to the point where the slightest twist would have cause it to break but lo and behold Mrs. ‘Nice’ Karen saved the day. Not only did she not break the arm but she was able to fix and adjust them. ALL PRAISE and BLESSINGS to her and her family. Thank you SOOO very much
