Great location with easy access from East and Westbound Interstate 40, East and Westbound US 158 ( Stratford Road) and North and Southbound US 421 using Hanes Mall Boulevard. The optical center is on the right after entering Sam's beside the Customer service desk. They have a large selection of frames to choose from for both male or female regardless of age.

The opticians are helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. The prices are excellent. The only reason I did not rate with 5 stars is that they no longer make lined trifocals.

I am so pleased with my visit today! I was thankful to be able to get in same day due to some cancellations and I’ve never used Sam’s vision center until now but Dr Kulits was so great! He was extremely helpful in getting me to the right prescription since it’s changed some since my last exam years ago. I’ll definitely be recommending my friends/family and will be back myself when I need anything else.

I've never had a issue with ordererin my contacts from the actual optical center but if I could give Dr. John A Kultis less than 1 star I would. I am upset with Dr. Kultis for several reasons, the first being that I told him how unhappy I was with the trial pair of contacts he ordered me. Told him that I couldn't see, told him they weren't made well or comfortable in my eyes, all he told me is they are the best he can do. We love our local Sams optical center. Eye glass Prices are the best, way better than at the doctors office. Warranty is perfect, especially for kids. At the end of your year warranty, you can get new lenses to replace the scratched ones! The eyeglasses have held up better than ones we paid three times more for. The staff is friendly and eager to help. Glasses come in fast. The savings pays our membership.
