No service at all. Myself and another person stood around for quite awhile. No one helped us.
The staff were nice but not very well trained. My sales person let me buy a pair of frames that were too large for me. No adjustments could make these fit once the lenses were in. The adjustments made caused the arms to stick out oodly and puts a lot of pressure behind my ears. The lenses also have the focal point in the wrong place so I have to tilt my head to see clearly. I was told I just needed to adjust to the new prescription. The staff who adjusted them bent one of the arm hinges so it is now always loose. These were ... read more
