Do not go there if you bring your own frame to get new lenses put in. Ordered new lenses and first time they were to big, second time to small . Reordered 3rd time and had issues with vision . So Brandi reordered them a 4th time and when she put the lenses in she broke the frame. She told me that she ordered a new frame from E bay to replace the one that she broke. Then she proceeded to tell me that she really didn't had to do that because they are supposedly not responsible to replace them because I brought the brandnew fra... read more

Sam's Club Optical is the best! Such a courteous and professional staff! I have ordered my glasses from Sam's for years, and Brandi, Sydney and Denise have always been so helpful. I will always buy from them!
