I had an outstanding experience at the Sam’s Club Optometry department thanks to Carrie! She went above and beyond to make everything smooth and easy. Carrie took the time to clearly explain my insurance benefits in a way that made complete sense—no confusion or hidden surprises. Been buying my glasses for many years and service is excellent
The only reason why I’m giving this 3 stars is because they close at 6:00 because they only have one optometrist—which might change in the future. The internet and the sign on the building say they close at 7:00. Friendly and helpful technicians though.
