Horrible management at the store. I ordered contacts, got a call they were in and tried to pick them up at 5:30 pm well before their closing time of 7 p.m. There was nobody in the optical center and no sign or note or anything to be seen of when they would return. I asked a manager at the service desk . He seemed totally clueless and thought she might be on break but was unwilling to check and when I asked if anybody was even working in the department today he seemed totally clueless and unwilling to answer that question.
