Had the pleasure of experiencing the Sam’s optical shop this weekend. My Husband and I had prescriptions for new glasses. Had to wait a bit since they’re are two girls. Jocelyn was very professional & courteous. Had a lot of experience and was very patient. Gotta tell you these girls know what they are doing. Thank you for your patience & professional expertise Jocelyn.
I had never ordered or bought glasses from Sam's I went for the first time and had a really good experience Melody assisted me in finding the best frames for me When I went back to pick them up Melody assisted me again She is very helpful and knowledgeable about glasses Thank you Melody 😊
I come here yearly to get my kids their prescription glasses and kudos to Melody - she is always so patient and thorough with us! Always very professional and happy to help! Yesterday 9/10/24 we walked in at 6:57pm 3 minutes before they closed and she still assisted me in the process to submit a insurance claim for my child's broken glasses. Thank you so much Melody!
