The staff is amazingly helpful , knowledgeable, professional, and patient. They listened and asked questions with interest . Great selection of frames with wide range of prices.

I’ve been getting eye glasses at this location for my children and me for years and I never had any issues. I live over an hour away, yet I come here because of the better customer service I receive here compared to the places in my town. Barbara is the best. Today, Shawna helped me getting my new pair of glasses. I met her the first time. She, too, is very professional and friendly. I like them both

I can't believe I waited almost an hour just to pick up my son's glasses, first there was no one they asked me to come back I came back and the lady took so long it was really annoying one is supposed to pay a good service, but the treatment was bad I am totally disappointed . already do not want to return

I have to say I have not been impressed with the glasses I have gotten from the Sam's Club Optical Center in Little Rock, AR. I was given a prescription for glasses the week before Thanksgiving 2018. I chose some glasses at the optical center and at that time the lady that helped me pick out my glasses & frames were very helpful. Since then my glasses have broken twice (I have only had them 7 months - this should not happen twice).
