Hailie helped me after I had an issue with some glasses that I ordered online. I ended up spending more, but it is worth it to get her expertise and to be able to come back if needed. I should have just started with Sam's for my glasses. I used Dr. Judy at Sam's, who is great, and now with Hailie's help I feel so much better. It's great to be able to talk to an expert and get problems resolved in person. I highly recommend Hailie for her great service.
The Optical is top notch. The team is friendly and always willing to help.
Save your time & money to see the adian lady. She is so clueless. Literally told me she can't detect eye diseases & have to see a specialist. She clesrly is not a licensed OD

What kind of eye Dr can't even check for eye diseases. Is Judy Hennings even licensed? She couldn't even get my glasses right either. The whole eye exam was a joke. Trust me when I say go else where for a 2nd opinion
