Extremely rude and unprofessional. I do NOT recommend James herring. Do not waste your time going there. Very bad service.
This is a terrible place to go. The Doctor & staff are excellent in their work, however, they are NEVER there!!! Even when they say they are in and put up signs saying "walk-ins are welcome" the door is locked and they are no where to be seen. I had an eye exam and needed some more information, but could never find them in. Even trying to call doesn't work, because their number only tells you when "business hours" are; you are unable to leave a message, and they don't always answer during those business hours!
