After I was unable to be seen at America’s Best due to them running behind schedule I made a last minute at another optometrist thinking it was this location. When I arrived, during what was displayed to be open hours, the door was locked. Dr. Li is truly amazing. To be honest I was annoyed at having to wait so long, but once my kid got in the exam room I understood why it took so long to be seen. Dr. Li is a kind, patient and thorough examiner. It is so rare to find an emphatic and understanding provider nowadays. The way he explained her eye condition was so helpful and easily understood. I'll say it again The doctor and the optical department at Sam's are two different entities. Those girls are wonderful in there. Very helpful, will repair your glasses while you shop,saved me on a couple occasions.
Today was my first time here and it is by far the best eye place I've gone to. I'm disabled and they were so patient with me and made sure I was comfortable. It was clean, Dr. Bryant was very knowledgable and made sure I understood every thing from the exam to how much it will cost and so on right up front. Jackie working the desk also has stellar customer service skills. Overall I was very pleased.
