I was at the one on S e military drive right before closing on August 2,2021. I asked how much would it cost for lenses,they have my prescription,and the last time,I used my own lenses so I was going to use another pair of lenses, last Feb I paid 120,now its 156 just for the lense no exam,no frame, WOW,SHE WASNT VERY HELPFUL MAYBE BECAUSE IT WAS ALMOST TIME FOR CLOSING.

Arrived at 1:30 PM and was greeted by a gentleman who told me they were at capacity. One person in the area. He said I could make an appointment which they prefer. They go to lunch from 2 to 3. Mind you it is 1:30. I said you don’t want to sell me glasses do you. He said it is the rules. I’ve never seen a place not want business but this place made no effort at all. So I will take mine elsewhere and tell everybody about my experience.

Very good priced frames along with. An excellent replacement policy. If you have kids buy your glasses here you will not regret it

Horrible, horrible service and essential a rip off. 3 times new glasses lenses warped, 3 times doctor recheck and prescription ok. Lenses have a big gap on top side, and fell from frame. No recommended optical. Manager to rude. Avoid go to this optical.
