I wish there were more than 5 stars. We went to purchase some sunglasses and the person there (Karen) was sooooo helpful. She even advised that Sam’s now have eye checkups which we were unaware. Thanks Sams for all you do!
The receptionist and the optometrist were incredibly rude and incompetent. Called them and they were not even ready to talk. Definitely not worth it. Not having any proper update about delay, sounds like they broke the lens and then were trying to hide it and not telling the reason. I will never come back here while they are here. I would not reccomend coming here to anyone.
This is the best place i’ve ever been to for my glasses and contacts, I mean wow these ladies do not fail when providing great friendly customer service! They urged me to come back for any adjustments but my glasses feel great it’s hard to find great customer service like this now days :)
