Although the price was fair the service was horrible. Signed up for text notifications so they could notify me when my new eyeglasses were in, (needed them fast & let them know that). They advised 7-10 days. No calls from them for 15 days so I decided to call & see what's up. After being put on hold for over 10 minutes they came on the line & advised VERY BLUNTLY, "they're here & have been for over a week". I was shocked to say the least~ Every time I go into this Sams (at least 2-3 times a week), I see these folks just sitt... read more
We have had good experiences here for two years in a row for eye exams and contact lens exams. The employees are professional and kind. My only complaint is the amount of time they make you wait while they are ordering glasses with a customer. We waited for at least twenty minutes watching the male employee help a customer - he knew we (and others) were waiting but just ignored us. We ended up ordering glasses somewhere else. Dr Krill is efficient and friendly.
This location is okay, they'll do a decent job like most eye exam places. The only difference is they DO NOT want you buying glasses anywhere else, especially online, so they do not give you your pupil distance measurement on your prescription for "liability purposes". I've never had an eye doctor refuse to give this measurement before, and its usually on the prescription itself. Okay eye doctor but with predatory tactics.
