I got the very best customer service from DeWayne. He was caring and went above and beyond for me. There was someone waiting behind me and the doctor came out to take care of him, but DeWayne quickly finished up with me and then went to take care of him. There was no woman working there (from the horrible reviews). They are very nice here!
Although the price was fair the service was horrible. Signed up for text notifications so they could notify me when my new eyeglasses were in, (needed them fast & let them know that). They advised 7-10 days. No calls from them for 15 days so I decided to call & see what's up. After being put on hold for over 10 minutes they came on the line & advised VERY BLUNTLY, "they're here & have been for over a week". I was shocked to say the least~ Every time I go into this Sams (at least 2-3 times a week), I see these folks just sitt... read more
We have had good experiences here for two years in a row for eye exams and contact lens exams. The employees are professional and kind. My only complaint is the amount of time they make you wait while they are ordering glasses with a customer. We waited for at least twenty minutes watching the male employee help a customer - he knew we (and others) were waiting but just ignored us. We ended up ordering glasses somewhere else. What is it about people who monopolize employees and employees who ignore those who are waiting? Loo... read more
