These hours/days of when the Optical Center is open are incorrect. After I tried calling several times to confirm someone was there (no one ever answered and never went to voicemail ... I just assumed it was Sam's standard "no customer service"), I drove half way across town only to find no one there and the picture I posted on the counter.
Dr.Jones was great!
I had a great experience and really love my new glasses! I worked with Ms. Barbara G. She was very helpful and patient. I LOVE that Sam’s Club uses Zeiss lenses, they are the absolutely best. I will certainly be back :)
