Professional and polite! The optical staff is very helpful, as always, the manager Muey always goes above and beyond to help and has a great sense of humor.
I was helped out by a lady in black scrubs i didn’t get her name. But she made me feel so uncomfortable today. I’ve never had an issue with you guys. It was my first time using my insurance with my contacts & she had an attitude since the beginning she tells me she has to redo my order. She’s had a certain tone of voice when she would talk to me. I started feeling uncomfortable when she started slamming the paper on the counter & throwing her pen. Because of her i won’t be coming back to the eye optical department.
They really help a lot and they have a lot of discounts
