Attitude! The woman working the counter was so rude, and late! This is the second time (same person) has made me wait for her to come bank from “break” Mind you I got there at 10:28 they open at 10 and waited 20 min for her return. And I was met with rudeness and disgust in her face. If it wasn’t for the other employee who is kind and cheerful I’d rate this a 0!
Terrible customer service. The short girl working there with acne has horrible attitude and doesn't want to help. The manager was okay, but the girl kept rolling her eyes and giving off a negative attitude like she didn't want to help. She said my social security number out loud and just a few days later my bank notified me of an unknown charge. I wouldn't be surprised if she used my information for the wrong purposes. Very wrong. Anyone with this behavior and attitude should be fired!
Today i picked up my new glasses Erika helped me she is really great, very kind and she makes getting eye glasses a treat, from the beginning a couple of weeks ago she helped alot, thank you Erika, and as for the doctor and the doctors assistant weer great , 5 star's. amazing staff hope to see you soon again
Bring yourself and the entire family.. you will not regret it because their team is always on point and very friendly. Most of all the optometrist is very gentle and actually cares about YOU!!
I ordered replacement lenses for a pair of glasses and a pair of sunglasses. Service was prompt, friendly and helpful. The man I placed the order with gave me good advice, and when I picked the glasses up Erica was great in getting my glasses fitted.
