I had a really terrible experience with Sam’s Optical when ordering prescription glasses. From the start, the service was awful: one employee seemed to do everything possible to avoid helping me, while the other was busy. Finally, I tried to deal with the first employee, but she disappeared after telling me I had to call my insurance to generate an authorization code. Having purchased glasses with the previous people running this optical center, I have to say the new person running it (Anette) is like night and day. Anette was super helpful, friendly, and courteous. I wish all of my retail experiences went like this one. I would happily recommend her to anyone looking for glasses.

Had a great experience getting new prescription glasses here today. Very pleasant, professional and courteous customer service. I was asked if I had insurance and was pleasantly surprised that I did and they took it. It cost me $47.00 for progressive lenses and frames on my Medicare Advantage plan. Wonderful!
