Bad experience with trying to contact corporate. Someone from corporate hung up on me in the middle of the call ,the guy sound foreign and his phone kept breaking up . Then after I got done telling him my phone issue he got silent and hung up on me

What is the point of paying for a Sam's Club Premium membership with free delivery if the delivery drivers Sam's Club contracts with don't actually deliver the items I ordered?
