Called about the location in McDonough Ga not answering their phones. Called for over 40mins and on a couple of the calls they picked up the phone just to hang it up after 3-4mins of ringing. Corporate office did not seem to really be concerned about the lack of customer service from their stores. Sam Walton has got to be rolling in his grave over how they have ruined what he built. He was 100% about customer service but Sam’s and Walmart have become a joke at this point.

I order items to be shipped because that is the only way the item can be purchased. In order to not pay for shipping, I order other items as well. The orders get shipped and unless it is via FedEx, who have their own issues, the order gets delivered, but not to my apartment. I have no idea where it ends up. Make calls. They can refund or reship so I end up in this endless circle. This is the THIRD straight order where this has happened. Same for Delivery service. I've been a loyal Sam's Club customer for over 12 years, but after my recent experience with their corporate customer service, I'm seriously reconsidering my membership. The level of customer service I received from the corporate office was extremely disappointing. Instead of trying to resolve my issue, I was met with poor communication, a lack of accountability, and no genuine effort to help. Received a letter from Michael B. club manager with no contact phone number or email, and received no refund for membership like he said.
