Horrible customer service. Been a member for 20 years and the customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. Sams workers rude and dont care about customers at all. Im old and trying to get me to do scan and go for cafe or i cant order and cashier argued with manager in front of me . When call operator to talk to manager was put on hold for 20 minutes . I am not going to deal with sams any more. They are just so rude.
