If zero was possible thats what they deserve.
It sucks that the senior discount on membership is only available for new members. I did not qualify when I joined now If I want to upgrade my membership. I have to let my current membership lapse for six months. If the closest Costco wasn’t an hour and a half away, I would drop Sam’s Club and start shopping at Costco.
I have return items with amount of total about $36.00 and my subscription expired and I try to use it at Sams club in The woodlands the Manager say you can not buy with your money because my card expired whom I don’t like to renew the subscription any more because of there bad customer service. Now I called the customer service for the corp and one of Manger her name Kim talk to me and she say I have to renew my subscription which I don’t want to do it and I ask her to give me exception for one time to buy with my refund mon... read more
I've done business with Sam's Club for years without many complaints. Recently I've been ordering online for home delivery and shipping. My last 3 deliveries were left on my porch without a box or bag. Yesterday's delivery was a 2 pack of salsa. Both containers were opened and one had no cap top at all. UNEXCEPTABLE! And yes I called to complain. I haven't seen a change. I'm very disappointed in Sam's Club.
